{"id":18828,"date":"2019-07-28T23:40:37","date_gmt":"2019-07-28T20:40:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.belediyeler.net\/?p=18828"},"modified":"2019-07-28T23:40:40","modified_gmt":"2019-07-28T20:40:40","slug":"istanbul-halk-ekmekin-organik-unu-karstan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.belediyeler.net\/?p=18828","title":{"rendered":"\u0130stanbul Halk Ekmek&#8217;in organik unu Kars\u2019tan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Kars&#8217;ta \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin binbir zorlukla \u00fcretti\u011fi, &#8220;bezostaja&#8221; diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan organik bu\u011fday, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinin i\u015ftiraklerinden Halk Ekmek&#8217;e sat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kars&#8217;\u0131n Digor il\u00e7esinde \u00fcretilen ve &#8220;bezostaja&#8221; diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan organik bu\u011fday, ekmek ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok unlu mamul\u00fcn \u00fcretildi\u011fi \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinin i\u015ftiraklerinden Halk Ekmek&#8217;e g\u00f6nderiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tohumu Rusya&#8217;dan getirilen ve Anadolu Zirai Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Enstit\u00fcs\u00fcnce adaptasyonu yap\u0131lan bezostaja bu\u011fday\u0131, il\u00e7eye ba\u011fl\u0131 Kocak\u00f6y k\u00f6y\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm arazide ekiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama 400 bin ila 1 milyon ton aras\u0131nda organik bu\u011fday ekiminin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00f6yde, elde edilen mahsul\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinin i\u015ftiraklerinden Halk Ekmek&#8217;e sat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u011fday hasad\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcnlerde ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00f6yde, \u00e7ift\u00e7iler de geni\u015f arazide bi\u00e7erd\u00f6verlerle mahsul\u00fc toplaman\u0131n heyecan\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r bu\u011fday \u00fcretiliyor&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Ziraat Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi (TZOB) Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi ve Do\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lge Sorumlusu Adem Erta\u015f, AA muhabirine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Digor il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Kocak\u00f6y k\u00f6y\u00fcn\u00fcn bu\u011fday\u0131yla me\u015fhur oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6yde bezostaja bu\u011fday\u0131n\u0131n ekildi\u011fini ve verimlili\u011fin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu ifade eden Erta\u015f, &#8220;Y\u00fczlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r bu b\u00f6lgede halen ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00fcreticimiz taraf\u0131ndan bu\u011fday \u00fcretimi devam etmektedir. Bu\u011fday organik olarak ekilmekte ve Kocak\u00f6y&#8217;\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k 1000-1500 organik \u00fcreticisi var.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erta\u015f, bu\u011fday \u00fcretiminin iklime ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak y\u0131llara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini belirterek, k\u00f6yde yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 bin ila 1 milyon ton aras\u0131nda organik bu\u011fday ekiminin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;400 bin ton \u0130stanbul&#8217;a g\u00f6nderilecek&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u011fday \u00fcretiminin y\u0131ldan y\u0131la farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini aktaran Erta\u015f, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Burada \u00fcretilen bu 400 bin ton, bu y\u0131lki bu\u011fday \u0130stanbul Halk Ekmek Fabrikas\u0131&#8217;na gidecek. Her y\u0131l a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 organik\u00e7iler buradan bu\u011fday toplar, bunun ba\u015f\u0131nda da \u0130stanbul Halk Ekmek Fabrikas\u0131 gelmektedir. Halk Ekmek tedarik\u00e7ileri d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelip buradan bu\u011fdaylar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p, g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcp organik bir vaziyette suyla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ta\u015f de\u011firmenler de \u00f6\u011f\u00fctmekte. Bunu organik bu\u011fday, un olarak satanlar var. Bir de fabrikasyon sisteminde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan fabrikalar var. Bunlar da g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcp burada organik olan bu\u011fday\u0131 eritip normal una \u00e7evirmekte ama bunun en makbul\u00fc b\u00f6lgemizde de eskiden vard\u0131, ta\u015f de\u011firmen. Ta\u015f de\u011firmen, su de\u011firmenleri ile \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcp hemen hemen yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 50-60&#8217;a yak\u0131n oranda bir kepek oran\u0131 var. Bu kepekle beraber \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcrse daha g\u00fczel olur.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kocak\u00f6y k\u00f6y\u00fc b\u00f6lgesinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm arazinin ekildi\u011fine i\u015faret eden Erta\u015f, \u00fclkede bulunan ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar nedeniyle bu\u011fday ekiminin 2 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcme kadar d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ift\u00e7inin bu\u011fday yerine biraz daha getirisi y\u00fcksek olan \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ekmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Erta\u015f, &#8220;\u0130stanbul Halk Ekmek Fabrikas\u0131 buradaki bu\u011fday\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman \u00e7e\u015fitlendiriyor. Organik bu\u011fday\u0131n pastas\u0131, b\u00f6re\u011fi yap\u0131lmakta, sadece ekmek olarak sofralar\u0131 gelmemekte. \u0130stanbul Halk Ekmek Fabrikas\u0131 \u00f6zellikle bunun lezzeti ve organikli\u011fi i\u00e7in buraya talip. Ankara Halk Ekmek Fabrikas\u0131n\u0131 da son y\u0131llarda organik \u00fcretimine ba\u015flad\u0131.
