Kent merkezi ve ana arterlerdeki otob\u00fcs say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak, aktarmal\u0131 sistemi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi hedefleyen ESHOT Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u201cUla\u015f\u0131m Sistemi\u2019nin Yeniden Tasar\u0131m\u0131\u201d projesini hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. Merkez, Kar\u015f\u0131yaka, Bornova, Buca ve Teleferik olmak \u00fczere 5 ana b\u00f6lgeye ait 42 alt b\u00f6lgenin ula\u015f\u0131m sisteminde k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fikliklere gidiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir\u2019de kent i\u00e7indeki trafik yo\u011funlu\u011funu azaltmak, duraklarda bekleme s\u00fcresini k\u0131saltmak ve toplu ula\u015f\u0131mda alternatifleri art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in yola \u00e7\u0131kan \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ESHOT Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 29 Haziran Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fcnden itibaren \u201cUla\u015f\u0131m Sistemi\u2019nin Yeniden Tasar\u0131m\u0131\u201d projesini hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. Toplu ula\u015f\u0131m al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi hedefleyen proje kapsam\u0131nda, Merkez, Kar\u015f\u0131yaka, Bornova, Buca ve Teleferik olmak \u00fczere 5 ana b\u00f6lgeye ait 42 alt b\u00f6lgenin ula\u015f\u0131m sistemi yeniden tasarland\u0131. \u015eehir merkezi ve ana arterlerdeki otob\u00fcs say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltacak ve kent merkezine aktarmal\u0131 sistemle ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karacak sistemle art\u0131k, bir yerden bir yere gitmek i\u00e7in tek hatta ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yerine farkl\u0131 se\u00e7enekler sunulacak. <\/p>\n<p>Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015flayacak yeni uygulamayla birlikte yerle\u015fim yerlerinin sundu\u011fu olanaklara g\u00f6re yolcular otob\u00fcslerle; \u0130zmir Metro ve \u0130ZBAN istasyonlar\u0131na, vapur iskelelerine ya da otob\u00fcs duraklar\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131nacak. \u015eehir merkezine bu noktalardan, alternatif g\u00fczergahlar\u0131 izleyerek daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. <\/p>\n<p>Ring seferleri art\u0131yor<br \/>\n\u00dc\u00e7yol, Konak ve Halkap\u0131nar\u2019dan kent merkezine giden ring seferleri art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu \u00fc\u00e7genin \u00e7evreledi\u011fi merkezde gerekenden fazla otob\u00fcs bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Basmane ve G\u00fcmr\u00fck\u2019te sona eren otob\u00fcs hatlar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131larak bu b\u00f6lgedeki karma\u015faya son veriliyor. Mevcut Konak hatlar\u0131 ise korunuyor. <\/p>\n<p>Yeni uygulamayla Alsancak, \u00c7ankaya, Basmane b\u00f6lgesine aktarmal\u0131 yolculukla ula\u015f\u0131lacak. Bostanl\u0131 ve Kar\u015f\u0131yaka iskeleleri, Egekent, Evka 3, Kemer, \u015eirinyer, T\u0131naztepe, F.Altay, Sarn\u0131\u00e7 aktarma merkezleri, Gaziemir Semt Garaj\u0131, Bornova, \u00dc\u00e7yol ve Halkap\u0131nar Metro istasyonlar\u0131, ana aktarma merkezleri olacak. Yolcular\u0131n kendi b\u00f6lgeleri i\u00e7inde ise daha s\u0131k aral\u0131klarla ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p>Daha h\u0131zl\u0131 yolculuk<br \/>\n\u201cUla\u015f\u0131m Sistemi\u2019nin Yeniden Tasar\u0131m\u0131\u201d ad\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irilecek proje sayesinde kent merkezindeki trafik y\u00fck\u00fc azalacak, duraklarda bekleme ve yolculuk s\u00fcresi de k\u0131salacak. Hedefleri farkl\u0131 olan yolcular\u0131n ise birbirinden ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. B\u00f6ylece ula\u015f\u0131m h\u0131z kazanacak. Projenin ana hedefini ise otob\u00fcslerin toplu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n belkemi\u011fi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, yerine a\u015fama a\u015fama rayl\u0131 sistemi getirilmesi olu\u015fturuyor. Merkezde egzoz gaz\u0131 oran\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmesi, hava kirlili\u011fi ile g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kirlili\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 de projenin getirece\u011fi avantajlar aras\u0131nda yeral\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ankaya, Basmane ve Alsancak\u2019ta ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131 azalacak<br \/>\nEski sistemde 06.00-09.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda merkeze 89 hat ile 1212 kez sefer yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu rakam g\u00fcn boyu 4 bin 16\u2019ya ula\u015f\u0131yordu. Yeni sistemle, bir dakikada ge\u00e7en ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131: \u015eair E\u015fref Bulvar\u0131\u2019nda y\u00fczde 72, Fevzipa\u015fa Bulvar\u0131\u2019nda y\u00fczde 35, Gazi Bulvar\u0131\u2019nda y\u00fczde 56 oran\u0131nda azalacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmirliler, aktarmal\u0131 sistemi etkin kullan\u0131yor<br \/>\nESHOT Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilileri, sistemi yeniden tasarlarken toplu ula\u015f\u0131mdaki en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, yeni d\u00f6nemi \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle anlatt\u0131: \u201c\u0130deal g\u00fczergahlar\u0131, yolcular\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ak\u0131ll\u0131 kartlar\u0131 izleyerek, al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k ve talepleri inceleyerek belirledik. D\u00fcnyada da modern \u015fehirlerin merkezine, her b\u00f6lgeden otob\u00fcs seferleri yap\u0131lm\u0131yor. \u0130zmirliler olarak aktarmal\u0131 sistemin konforunu art\u0131k iyi biliyoruz. \u0130statistikler g\u00f6steriyor ki, yolcular\u0131n y\u00fczde 30\u2019u her g\u00fcn ikinci ya da \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ula\u015f\u0131m arac\u0131na, 90 dakika i\u00e7inde \u00fccretsiz binerek yolculu\u011funu tamaml\u0131yor.
